What are the priorities for my priority learners? How are they going in relation to these priorities?

What are my learning needs? What therefore are my learning goals?

My Goal: By 5 weeks time my target group will be able to articulate what they are learning. By the end of the year I both have researced and then developed a range of coaching strategies for both myself and staff so that the school can effectively develop both coaching process and culture that improves outcomes for students.

Planning and participating in professional learning: Developed a personal understanding of coaching - skills, process and purpose.  Worked in an ongoing way with the principal around developing the school coaching model.  Developed a staff understanding of the process and how to implement it across the school.  Implement coaching through PLG's and other suitable vehicles.  Developed a coaching system through the school appraisal systems.  Worked to build the capacity of others as coaches.
