77.7% students are At or Above the writing standard and would like to raise this to 82%,
19.3 % of students above the National standard stay above the NS. |
What are my learning needs? What therefore are my learning goals?
- The last few years have been based around expertise and implementing systems and I want to explore and develop relationships with staff to support their inquires and raise students achievement.
- Developing deeper relationships with staff based around trust to help raise student achievement.

My Goal: By 5 weeks time my target group will be able to articulate what they are learning.
By the end of one year I have researched and then developed relationships with staff based around relational trust to support raising students achievement linked to school tragic goals. |
